Violet Nikol

Violet Nikol is an independent tattoo artist with a distinct style, a loyal client base and a calendar booked weeks ahead. Handling inquiries in DMs, chasing deposits over chat and updating the portfolio by hand ate into time she'd rather spend tattooing. She needed software that works the way her studio works. Another generic booking widget wasn't going to cut it.

We built a full web app shaped around her practice. The booking flow collects references, takes deposits and runs new inquiries through a vetted intake form. Portfolio updates take seconds. The client area covers follow-ups, aftercare and return bookings. Up front it's dark and editorial. Behind it sits a quiet operations layer that keeps the studio moving.
