Violet Nikol is an independent tattoo artist with a distinct style, a loyal client base, and a calendar booked weeks ahead. Handling inquiries in DMs, chasing deposits over chat, and updating the portfolio by hand was eating into the time she'd rather spend tattooing. She needed software that worked the way her studio works, not another generic booking widget.

We built a full web app shaped to her practice. The booking flow captures references, takes deposits, and runs new inquiries through a vetted intake form. The portfolio engine updates in seconds. The client area handles follow-ups, aftercare, and return bookings. The front end is dark and editorial; the back end is a quiet operations layer that keeps the studio moving.
