03What We Collect

We collect the following types of data:

• Contact information (name, email) when you submit our contact form
• Booking details (name, email, chosen time) when you schedule a call through our calendar
• Technical data (browser type, device, IP address) for security and performance
• Your light or dark theme choice, stored only in your browser

We use your data for the following purposes:

• To schedule and hold the calls you book with us

05Cookies

We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, which is why this site has no cookie banner. The site remembers your light or dark theme in your browser's local storage. That value never leaves your device, and you can clear it in your browser settings at any time. Two services we rely on may store technical data they need to work:

• Cloudflare Turnstile checks the contact form for bots. It runs only on the contact page and is needed to protect the form from spam.
• The Cal.com booking calendar loads only after you open it with the 'Book a Call' button. Cal.com may then store data it needs to handle your booking.

06Instagram feeds

If you connect your Instagram account through a link we send you, steezr feeds shows your latest posts on your website. You grant the access yourself on Instagram, and it's read-only. We store:

• Your public profile details: username, name, bio, website, follower and post counts, and profile picture
• Your latest posts: images, captions, links, publishing dates, and like and comment counts. We copy the images to our servers in the EU so your website doesn't depend on Instagram's links
• The access token Instagram issues, stored encrypted

We use this data only to show your posts on the website we run for you. We can't post, comment or read your messages. When we run your website as your supplier, we process this data on your behalf under our Data Processing Terms. If you remove steezr feeds in Instagram (Settings, Apps and websites) or ask us to disconnect you, we delete the token, your profile details, the stored posts and every copied image. Images of posts you delete on Instagram leave our servers within about a day.

07Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time

08Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months.

• Cal.com: appointment scheduling
• Cloudflare: security and performance (Turnstile)
• Meta (Instagram): the Instagram API, only when you connect an Instagram account
