Camp Zero

Camp Zero 2.0 is a full shooting center: experience packages, firearms license courses, professional training, memberships. The booking is genuinely complicated. Multi-shooter sessions, instructor availability, package variations, and membership rules all collide on the same calendar.

Done by hand, that's a phone-and-spreadsheet job that swallows staff time and still drops the ball. Off-the-shelf tools couldn't model it. And every booking question that landed in the inbox was time the team wasn't spending on the range.

We built Camp Zero a booking system that runs itself. A customer picks a package, the system checks instructor availability and session rules in real time, takes payment, and confirms, with no one in the loop. Memberships handle their own tiers and recurring billing.

It's wired into the tools around it, so bookings, payments, and customer records stay in sync automatically instead of being reconciled by hand. Routine customer questions get answered automatically, around the clock, so the team only deals with the ones that actually need a person. The center's operations mostly take care of themselves. We built the whole site and platform from start to finish, and we maintain every digital system behind Camp Zero, so the platform that runs the center stays online and up to date.
