Buzzoons make a huge amount of content. Cousins Dan and Dominik grew the agency fast on viral video, communities and influencer campaigns for big brands. Growth that fast has a catch: the back office falls behind. Leads, production schedules, deliverables and client handoffs lived in a tangle of chats, docs and people's memory.

Every new client added more coordination, and coordination is exactly the kind of work that more hires don't fix. They needed their internal machine to move as fast as their output.

We're building Buzzoons their own internal systems and wiring AI into the parts that used to slow them down. In sales, leads are captured and qualified automatically, so nothing sits unanswered. In production, briefs, schedules and deliverables run through custom tooling that keeps everyone on the same plan.

AI does the repetitive thinking: first-draft copy, sorting what comes in, flagging what needs a human. It's an ongoing partnership. Every month we automate another rough edge, so the team spends more time making things and less time managing the making. We also built their website from scratch, and we maintain all of their digital systems so the tools they rely on stay online and current.
