Buzzoons ship a huge amount of content. Cousins Dan and Dominik grew the agency fast: viral video, communities, influencer campaigns for big brands. The catch with moving that fast is that the back office can't keep up. Leads, production schedules, deliverables, and client handoffs lived in a tangle of chats, docs, and memory.

Every new client added more coordination, and coordination is exactly the kind of work that doesn't scale by hiring more people. They needed their internal machine to be as fast as their output.

We're building Buzzoons their own internal systems and wiring AI into the parts that used to slow them down. On sales, leads get captured and qualified automatically, so nothing sits unanswered. On production, briefs, schedules, and deliverables run through custom tooling that keeps everyone pointed at the same plan.

AI does the repetitive thinking: drafting first-pass copy, sorting what comes in, flagging what needs a human. This is an ongoing partnership. Each month we automate another rough edge, so the team spends more time making things and less time managing the making. We built Buzzoons' website from start to finish too, and we maintain all of their digital systems and platforms, so the tools they rely on stay online and current.
