ajedeš move a lot of cars, and every car used to mean the same manual grind. The same details were typed into a spreadsheet, a valuation tool, the CRM, the listing sites and the accounting software. Photos were edited by hand, one at a time. Customer questions piled up in a shared inbox.

The work grew with volume, so growth just meant more hours in operations. They didn't need another tool to log into. They needed the busywork gone.

We turned the platform into the system that runs the day instead of just recording it. A car's details go in once and flow to all six-plus platforms ajedeš rely on, from valuation to listings to accounting. Nobody copy-pastes anything anymore.

AI takes the jobs that used to eat whole afternoons. Listing photos go through an enhancement pipeline the moment they're uploaded, which crops them, corrects the color and cleans up the background. Most incoming customer questions are answered automatically, and the team steps in only when a question really needs a person.

The build is ongoing. We keep finding the next manual step and automating it, so time in operations keeps dropping while volume keeps climbing. We built the whole platform and website from scratch, and we run it day to day, keeping every one of ajedeš's digital systems maintained, online and current.
